Article II, Section 7 of TAYHA Bylaws Due to the closeness to which the coaches and managers of our association work daily with the children of our hockey association, it will be necessary for all coaches and managers to allow themselves to be checked for any criminal history at the association’s expense if necessary. Coaches and managers will not be allowed to participate in those positions in our organization if it is found that they have any felony convictions.
