Online Registration (Multi)

2009-2010 registration fees are as follows:

All families must first register all players with USA Hockey.  In doing so you will get a confirmation number that you must use when registering with this site. The USA Hockey season goes from May 1 through April 30 of each year.

USA Hockey online registration for the 2009-10 season will be available starting May 1, 2009.

For USA Hockey online registration:

Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2003) and younger. There is be an additional $10 fee for MN Hockey. The registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.

Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation pages, please return to this site to log in and register with TAYHA.

1. Request a TAYHA registration PIN. Only one PIN per family is needed and is needed for all registration at TAYHA (regular season, fall warm-up, etc). Save your PIN for this will be used each year.  If you do not receive an email after requesting a PIN, please check your spam filter.
2. Login using your last name and PIN.
3. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
4. Once all players are registered for a level, select checkout to complete the registration.
5. Read and confirm that you have read the Parent Code of Conduct.
6. Select payment method to pay fees.  Payments must be received by Sept 4, 2009. For payment questions contact Kris Reddy at kreddy4372@comcast.net.
7. If this is the first year playing for TAYHA, a copy of the player's birth certificate is needed.  Please mail them to the following address:

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  2nd REGISTRATION PAYMENT DUE

Payments are required for families with players on an A or B team and Mite 3/U8 girls who paid less than full registration fees before the tryouts.  Families can proceed with online payments if the first payment was paid in full either by check or credit card earlier in the season.  Families who have Centerplate credits/payment plans should have been billed separately.  If you did not receive a bill or have questions on the amount of your bill, please contact Kris Reddy at kreddy4372@comcast.net.  All payments are due by 12/15.
