Online Registration (Multi)

An additional $25 is charged for all late registrations with the exception of 1st year Mites and new members. 

No registrations will be accepted after September 15th for A, B and C teams.

Second payments for girls and players making an A, B or Mite 3 team are due December 1st and any account outstanding after January 1st will be charged an additional $50.00.

All families must first register all players with USA Hockey.  In doing so you will get a confirmation number that you must use when registering with this site. This must be done each season.  You cannot use last seasons number.  The USA Hockey season goes from May 1 through April 30 of each year.

USA Hockey online registration for the season will be available starting May 1st.

For USA Hockey online registration:

1. Go to the USA Hockey Website.
2. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach. Only register players at this time.  Coaches do not register.
3. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration. Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.
4. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
5. Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.
6. Print your confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.

Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2005) and younger. There is be an additional $10 fee for MN Hockey. The registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.

Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation pages, please return to this site to log in and register with TAYHA.

1. If needed, request a TAYHA registration PIN. Only one PIN per family is needed and is needed for all registration at TAYHA (regular season, fall warm-up, etc). Save your PIN for this will be used each year.  If you do not receive an email after requesting a PIN, please check your spam filter.
2. Login using your last name and PIN.
3. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
4. Once all players are registered for a level, select checkout to complete the registration.  To get a multi-player discount, all players must be registered at the same time.
   
5. Read and confirm that you have read the Parent Code of Conduct.
6. Process payment - Visa or Master Card (credit or debit card).  A Visa gift card will also work.
7. If this is the first year playing for TAYHA, a copy of the player's birth certificate is needed.  Please mail them to the following address:

You should receive an e-mail confirming your registration completed successfully.

The fees shown below are due at August registration.  If you do not see the player level listed in the table below, registration is closed for that level.

Second payments are required for families with players on a Girls team, an A or B team and Mite 3 who paid less than full registration fees before the tryouts and Mite evaluations.
