Per USA Hockey, all head coaches, assistant coaches, or any parent who wants to be on the ice to help out, MUST take the CEP level 1 course. The course is held in a classroom and not on the ice. Generally, sometime in September USA Hockey will post classes available in the state of MN. The link to their Clinic Catalog is http://www.usahockey.com/viewallclinics.aspx .
