The Northeast Metro Stars 12Ua team spent time at Feed My Starving Children on 12/29 packing food for hungry kids around the world. It was a neat event, time well spent, fun had by all... The group packed enough to feed 57 kids for a year!

Discounted Acceleration Training |
|
Acceleration North Sports Training is working with Tartan Youth Hockey and running our hockey specific dry land program for all the association teams. This partnership will allow all parents and players to experience an organized dry land training program in the Tartan Ice arena and also receive our discounted pricing and skating treadmill, running treadmill, and ground based plyometric training for the 2012 season. Acceleration MN is offering discounted individual training and team training sessions at their facility. They are also have an offer for parents who want to buy 10 cardio boxing workouts. Acceleration Minnesota Dryland |
|
During your team's dryland time with Acceleration - Acceleration will be conducting the ploy's/agility training, but the Tartan/Northeast Metro coach's will be instructing the stickhandling and shooting portion of the dryland.
The coaches should be following the Octa-VCF stickhandling provided by Acceleration. If you need a copy, these instructions are also on the "Coaches" tab on the top of the website.
